Church Dedication
Present Condition
Worn and weathered; appears to have been exposed to the elements for some time
Description

Probably originally decorated on both wide faces and the sides, but all four faces are badly worn making this difficult to ascertain.

A (broad): Decorated with a rounded edge moulding surrounding the central area, which may have been decorated but this is unclear; only one strand of a probable interlace has survived by the armpit which may have surrounded a central boss.

B (narrow): Indistinct due to weathering and wear; tool-marks appear to survive.

C (broad): Like A this is decorated by a rounded edge moulding; the central area is too worn to decipher any further carving.

D (narrow): This face is too worn and weathered to identify any decoration.
