Appendix C item (lost stones for which no illustration has survived).

Although mentioned in the British Museum card index of Anglo-Saxon sculpture, with a note that there is a photograph 'in the Conway Library', no photograph could be discovered there and the only photograph of a cross is of the elaborate medieval cross outside the church. There is no indication therefore as to what the card index refers to, and it must therefore be considered defunct.
