Description
A (top): Possibly a piece of drapery in which four curving ridges are enclosed by a worn roll moulding.
B and C: Missing
D: Three straight parallel ridges
Discussion
This is a tantalising fragment of what could have been garment folds or even the hair of a figure, and if so, the only evidence for figural carving at this important centre.
