Description

Only one face is visible.

?B (narrow): On one edge is a broad, flat edge moulding. Within is a buckle-knot with associated random loops using flat strands.

Discussion

This is rustic work and debased in its ornament. The buckle knot is identical with those at Kirkdale (nos. 4–5; Ills. 542, 548).
